Nino Serdarušić played a great match against Elias Ymer but unfortunately ended his performance in the second round of the 3rd ATP Challenger Split Open with a defeat in three sets. Thus, Croatian tennis was left without a representative in the individual competition.
Tuesday brought the first rain problems at the ATP Challenger Split Open so the program was delayed with the start of three hours, and then just before 6 pm it fell again and there was no more talk of continuing the game.
Nino Serdarušić remained the only Croatian representative in the individual competition of the 3rd ATP Challenger Split Open after Duje Kekez lost to the favored Aleksandar Vukić, regardless the good resistance in the second set.
Nino Serdarušić (ATP 303) took care of the only Croatian victory at the ATP Challenger Split Open on Monday, playing a great match against No 5 seed Kimmer Coppejans (ATP 175).
